The Wells Carlton Hotel and Apartments features a Conference Center that is perfect for all types of social and corporate events. These include conferences, meetings, seminars, trainings, banquets, wedding receptions, retreats, birthday parties, etc.
Whatever the nature of the function might be, The Wells Carlton Hotel and Apartments offers a robust and fully customizable venue for every event. This offers organizers the ability to be versatile in their set-ups. Our ever attentive team is fully on hand to help coordinate and accommodate every request.
At maximum capacity, our Conference Center seats up to 200 people.
Our three (3) Meeting Rooms have a seating capacity of 12 persons each.
Our Boardroom has a seating capacity of 14 persons.
Impressively furnished with modern facilities, the ambience of our Boardroom and Meeting Room facilities is excellent. Our provision boasts a suspended state-of-the-art projector from the ceiling, a large projector screen, an LCD TV screen, and a whiteboard.
The Conference Center / Banquet Hall is equipped with a dedicated public address system and built-in sound system, state-of-the-art projectors, excellent lighting, a roll-away stage, and a dedicated 8-passenger elevator (which runs from the ground floor straight to Conference Center). It also has its own dedicated kitchen and restrooms, ensuring that activities run smoothly and independently of the operations of the main hotel.
